The job market is strong across the board. Many if not most occupations are projected to grow over the next ten years. Several growing career paths with the highest projected percent job growth are ones that require a graduate degree.
Finding a job after grad school is your primary focus and one of the many reasons to pursue graduate studies. By completing a master’s degree or other graduate program, you are preparing yourself for better jobs with higher demands in the marketplace.
So if you are just starting to prepare for graduate school or are considering the best master’s degrees for a career change, which professions are growing the fastest? Here are the top five growing career paths that require a graduate degree, which are also projected to grow over 25% and also have annual median salaries over $75,000. These are by far at the top of the list for the best careers for the next ten years.

Physician assistants evaluate patients and administer care to treat illnesses, diseases, and physical or mental problems. These positions are generally filled in hospitals, medical clinics, and doctors’ offices. Physicians assistants can work varying shifts and often work nights, weekends, and holidays.
