Anonymous Information – HigherGrad.com (“Site”) is open to everyone and you can always browse the site and search for posted positions or other information without providing any personally identifiable information. We gather general information about the number of users browsing the Site, the number of users who view certain posted positions and how users navigate through our Site. This information is collected anonymously and only in the aggregate. We use this information to provide aggregated statistical feedback to the institutions posting positions on our Site, to publicize our Site and to further develop our Site to maximize the benefits realized by our users.
Personally Identifiable Information – HigherGrad.com collects personally identifiable information (PII) when you sign-up to list a posting, receive a posting, subscribe to our newsletter or other “opt-in” services. "Opt-in" services are only offered when the user purposefully checks a box or another method of indicating their specific intention of being included for the service so provided. All PII information you provide to the Site when using an “opt-in” service is maintained and accessible only by HigherGrad, Inc. PII information is never sold to third party vendors. Contact information may be used to contact you regarding a product or service or to give general updates about the Site.
Payments - We use an outside bank merchant, Stripe, to verify credit card data so we can bill and account for products and services purchased by our users. This company does not retain, share, store or use credit card data for any other purposes and neither do we.
